{UAH} WHO ARE THE 28 HEROES?

Who are these 28 Ugandan heroes the President trained in Mozambique, whose sweats and blood we have mighty UPDF, Uganda Police Force, NRM and others? l have tried to remember Gen. Salim Saleh, the late Maj. Gen. Fred Rwigyema and Lt.Gen. Ivan Koreta.
