I did not even know you had Otto in mind! That Otto should come out now, we miss him. But when he scares mzee George Okello, I sometimes want to laugh but knowing it is bad manners to laugh at old people, I just giggle in a quiet room lest I am mistaken to be enjoying seeing an old man wriggle with fury as a result of a young man's threats.

 

Otto should resurface even just once.
