Re: {UAH} MH370 will leave the world to wonder!!!!!

Mkatono,

Comes down to only one thing I jest remembered. This plane was hijacked and abducted by UFOs. Now I want to strongly believe there is a mightier life form out there than this world's Baboons and Orangutans. And I want to believe that this plane will one day suddenly land at its destination when these aliens return it to earthlings - with a message WE ARE WATCHING YOU. DO NOT MESS WITH US.

MH370 to be declared lost by year-end, says daily

The Malaysian InsiderThe Malaysian Insider – Wed, Nov 5, 2014

Malaysia Airlines (MAS) flight MH370 will be officially declared lost in order for compensation to be allotted to the families of passengers, a daily reported.
Although no date has been set as of yet, The New Zealand Herald said that the Malaysian and Australian governments were working together with the national carrier to determine compensation details, adding that the formal announcement of the loss would likely take place at the end of the year.
MAS airline director Hugh Dunleavy told the daily that the carrier would be able to finalise compensation payments for the relatives of MH370 passengers once an official loss was recorded.
"We will ensure we do compensate them for the loss of their loved ones through our insurers," he was quoted as saying.
"We are trying to hurry (compensation) up as much as we can but some of these things are outside the scope of the airline itself.
"If they're not happy with the compensation then they seek legal advice and move ahead, then once they come in our people will assess them and respond."
Flight MH370 went missing on March 8 en route from Kuala Lumpur to Beijing. The Boeing 777 dropped off radar at approximately 1.20am with 14 crew members and 227 passengers on board.
It is believed to have ended its flight in the southern Indian Ocean, although no trace of the wreckage has been found despite the largest and most expensive search operations in aviation history.
The Montreal Convention 1999 mandates payment of around US$183,000 (RM592,526) per person, although Dunleavy was reported as saying that passengers could take legal action to pursue higher compensation.
MAS recently came under fire after allegations surfaced that the airline was refusing to pay compensation to the family members of passengers on board flight MH17.
MAS however denied the claims and said families would receive the full compensation amount as soon as the legal processes were completed.
Flight MH17 was flying from Amsterdam to Kuala Lumpur on July 17 when it was shot down by a surface-to-air missile over eastern Ukraine. There were 298 people on board the Boeing 777. The Netherlands lost 193 citizens, Malaysia lost 43 and Australia 27. – November 5, 2014.
