Me dont know what you think about this nutcase but to know that this is one of the 100 (plus) advisers advising Museveni is indeed a Gorilla hand slap in the face of Uganda and makes me now more than ever believe Museveni is not a Ugandan when he exhibits such heartlessness in exposing us to such idiots who are fast to degrade MUK graduates for what the meaningfully earned as his advisers.

If this is the kind of policy makers Buganda can offer Uganda then we can as well prep to call it quits and leave Buganda with its bunch of buffoons, idiots and clowns. Amen.

And where is Mulindwa, Tamale's pseudo intellectual, to ululate for this buffoon?
