According to Hon Norbert Mao, having chosen a joint candidate like in Luwero "the opposition must win the Amuru by-election to prove that they can defeat the NRM in 2016".
So if the opposition loses the Amuru polls, are we right in saying they should give up completely in 2016? Mao's views, not mine.
