{UAH} A BRITISH CITIZEN HAS GONE MISSING IN AFRICA'S 'SPAIN'(UGANDA)

This is the picture of brother Ismail Jarmain Kim, a British citizen who traveled to Uganda on 29th/10/2014 and he disappeared on wed this week on 26th/11/2014. He was supposed to meet someone when he left his home in Kibuli,one of the suburbs of Kampala, but nobody knows where he is at the moment.
