{UAH} Katerega told to stop commenting on UAH and facebook

Conrad Nkutu lost his job at NV for using Company email for private correspondence during paid for "working hours".the Public Service Act and the standing orders. Active Civil servants (not necessarily public servants) are supposed to desist from engaging, commenting on partisan matters either anti or pro the Gov't they serve even when they are political beings.
