{UAH} Preliminary comments on prof. Omara Otunu"s article

I have read Prof. Amii Omara Otunnu's article posted on The Black Star News and The London Evening Post. I have two preliminary comments. First it reveals that the author appears more theoretical than practical. He writes as though he is communicating with fellow professors in American Universities going by the language he used. I really don't know how many ordinary Ugandans will easily understand what he is saying.
Second much of what he is proposing is already in UDU National Recovery Plan. When we had a telephone conversation I advised him to read UDU National Recovery Plan. There is no need to reinvent the wheel.
Third; I was not able to find out how he plans to capture power. Last time we talked he was firmly for the military option. How then does he plan to protect NRM supporters that he plans to defeat by force? Do you see the problem?
What steps does he propose after NRM is ousted; a transitional government with a presidential team to avoid excesses of one person president?
Are his views shared by Sejusa? FUF died and was buried in London. How did it resurrect to find its way to USA? There is something not normal here.
Ugandans keep your eyes and ears open or you will once again be taken for a ride. If that happens don't blame anyone else because you have been amply warned.
Eric
