{UAH} We see that many clinicians do not recognize investing in heath IT as priority. Any Idea?

We see that many clinicians do not recognize investing in heath IT as priority. Any Idea? there is some level of improvement in many other areas, for insistence there are few queues in banks because you can access banking services from any where you are including on your phone. No unnecessary queuing to say clear Water, Electricity etc. bills. You don't need to even report with your billing sheet to be worked upon. But in healthcare, patient's hardcopy file is still at the centre stage, yet this is the area where one should be worked upon quickly and efficiently due to condition of the time.
