Lydia Tumushabe, the Albert Region Police Spokesperson says a roadblock was set up at Isunga road in Kagadi town and within an hour since the attack, three persons traveling on a motorcycle were apprehended as they attempted to escape. One of them dropped a polyethylene bag containing a rifle registration no. UPDF48011844 loaded with four rounds of ammunition.
