{UAH} Building strong Political parties/organisations.
Iam Of The Strong View That Learning Frm Mistakes And Experience Is The Best As Long As There Is A Mechanism To Deal Wth Threats Tht May Lead To Lawlessness. If We Realy Want To Build Democracy In Africa, The People Must Learn To Appreciate Tht It Is A Process And Abt Numbers Wth Competing Policies Over Generations. If One Group Fails To Win Over Political Support, It Shld Keep Building Its Competence Until One Time It Manages To Take On Government. Otherwise We Risk To Destroy Tht Process And Focus And Simply Go Into Compromises For Convinience. If I May Recall D P In The U S Took Years To Win Presidency Until Bil Clinton Made It. The Conditions Were Ripe For D P To Take The Presidency. Below Presidency, Governors Were Always Elected. So In Uganda MPs In Ths Just 4th Era Of Multiparty Elections Since 1986 Wl Be Elected As Before And Another President Wl Emerge Frm The Conditions Tht Wl Prevail. If We Take Lessons Frm Libya, Gunea Bisau,Iraq And Others,
It May Not Be Tht They Just Refused May Be Was Too Late.
