{UAH} ERADICATING EBOLA BY PREVENTING IT

ERADICATING EBOLA BY PREVENTING IT.

All over Afirika we are worrying about the threat of Ebola. I know you have probably been approached by many people for help over this issue among many others.   But I am not seeking your cash - NOT DIRECTLY- NO.   I am summarising below the way all Afirika can eradicate Ebola by preventing it. So please, whatever you can do to join in, please do it. 

 

1. PROMOTE CLEANLINESS AT HOME AND IN THE COMMUNITY.

 
2. PROVIDE CLEAN WATER FOR DRINKING, COOKING, WASHING AND HOUSEHOLD TASKS.

 
3. STRENGTHEN THE IMMUNE SYSTEMS WITH GOOD NUTRITION. 
Beans and other pulses, fruit and vegetables. Enough protein including eggs and fish.

 
4. STRENGTHEN THE IMMUNE SYSTEMS WITH PROPER REST. 
Avoid stress and alcohol. These undermine the body's resistance to disease. 

5. WORK and EXERCISE ARE GOOD FOR BOTH THE MIND AND THE BODY.

They promote health.

 
6. INCREASE GOOD BASIC HEALTH EDUCATION IN THE COMMUNITY.

 
7.PROVIDE AND PROMOTE SAFE AND CLEAN TOILETS/LATRINES AND BATHROOMS.

 
8.LOOK AFTER THE PEOPLE WHO LOOK AFTER YOU: MOTHERS, SPOUSES EVEN SERVANTS TO ENSURE THEIR HEALTH. Then you can ensure your own.
