{UAH} Fade Up - Revisit Corruption since 1986
Friends
So now Dan Bwanika is stating that there was corruption in Uganda way back in 1986 he actually calls it a nasty history, we need to bring it to the fore front before they lead us. Now that is a good step to come from a man that stands at Uganda will get forward if we put electrical trains into Kasese. Yes the people of Kasese need a public transportation and electrified because those in Orebro are enjoying it. Now walk with me with Bwanika's ideology, the people of Kasese are the very same people that lost a day's work to stand in arms way with government agencies when opening up a very first public crapper since the eviction of iddi Amin that was a very terrible man in the country. 35 firkin years it has taken them to walk the journey out of Moshi conference to establishing a public crapper. But Bwanika now needs to know the corruption back ground of these so called leaders. Well 99% of them are killers though, shouldn't we find out how Dr Kiiza Besigye trained Ugandans in the Luwero war, on how to open the heads of people in Luwero medically? The term was literary defined as okubikula akawompo. No we cannot ask that question today because we might actually get sued in the fourth jurisdiction.
I rather accept a leadership from a past corrupt man than a past killer, but that is me anyways !!!!!!

Amazing - it appears all these people have a nasty story behind them.but want to rules us.
Ugandans need to get a clear picture of how state funds, in fact peoples taxes, have been stolen over the years by people in higher positions of the state.
As I reread Uganda newspapers from that time its makes only simple logic that these issues are revisited - to show how the state had compromised great time thieves , some outright murders to YET steal more.
It appears these same people have evolved overtime into politicians, state agents as position holders hiding their acts behind a facade of apparent genuine institutions.
Unless these issues come out to the fore and illuminated to show how case A was handle to let person X off the hook we will struggle with our own institutions endurance.
Interestingly so is the sociological, psychological pattern and persons characteristics you find in all this news paper articles. How we fail to notice these futures to uproot corruption is also a mystery.
