{UAH} Makerere college Head Prefect arrested for upc flag because of Rwakasisi's brother.

One time I heard that a Prefect at Makerere College was arrested and taken to Wandegeya.This was because the prefect had removed the upc flag from the school bus.

Story goes that the school bus had students going for a seminar. Rwakasisi's brother of around 30 years who was forcefully admitted for A-levels mounted the the upc flag in front of the bus.

They take off and before they reach the main campus gate. Tomusanga the Prefect stopped the bus.

He took down the flag saying they were going for academics and not politics.
Rwakasisis brother quarreled with him and after that instructed the Driver to go straight to wandegeya Police station where Tom was detained and later allowed to go after phone calls were made to confirm that "Captain Kato" who died with Oyite Ojok was indeed Tomusange's older brother.

Infact some people from that college say Rwakasisi's brother was not the only one admitted forcefully and they were people like Obonyo Kagoro or Kagero, Kirunda' relatives etc etc.

Does anyone  know these stories ?
