{UAH} DIASPORA CONSTITUENCIES IN THE OFFICE. lock out negative axis!

We are a step closer to having parliamentarians representing the
diaspora. This is something we have been advocating for for about
three years, through various channels including approaching the
Electoral Commission, several MPs and the executive.

This week some diasporians petitioned V.P Edward Ssekandi, lobbying
for 50 seats which is on the high side. a smaller number is feasible,
considering the budget purse.

We are also on the road pursuing voting rights for all Ugandans
scattered worldwide. When the seats are granted, hope we don't vote
guys like Abbey S, George O, Capt. Rush, Tendo K; better La Kitgum, E.
Mulindwa, Prof. Eric K, Frank M, Ikanos, etc
