{UAH} DO ACHOLI ACTUALLY RAPE NODDING DISEASE KIDS? Just asking !!!

Many times I have raised the problem of children in the North suffering from the Nodding disease. I have also challenged  men like George Okello on why they are not making it a priority issue but tie these kids on trees left to die.  Do you actually know the largest problem of having a nodding disease in Acholi land?
