{UAH} The end of an era for NRM historicals

Even as YKM tries to blackmail general Sejusa into a meeting at Rwakitura-make no mistake sending military to his house is nothing but blackmail-he has all but sidelined NRM historicals to try and shape NRM in his image.   JPAM, General Sejusa and other headaches forced YKM to clean house and install new NRM officials who owe their allegiance to YKM and never spent any time in the bush.
 
Why? Given  JPAM, Sejusa factions  within NRM, YKM could no longer trust historicals so he opted for women and men who are who they are today because YKM gave them the chance. The exception and also surprise is Dr Odoi Tanga who must have been double dealing when leading Makerere faculty to strike while disappearing at the last minute.
