Like you in the diaspora, we in uganda have all discovered there is freedom of conscience, expression, assembly, association and like you, i have a duty and obligation as a civically competent citizen to engage and contribute ideas that are constructive aimed at uniting ugandans. iam not the alpha and omega but depend on collective responsibility in accordance wth the ugandan law and best practices in a global community.
