The Institute of Security studies that works towards a stable and peaceful Africa decided to go after the violence of Acholi, that is why Uganda ended up included into the document "Domestic Terrorism in Africa: Defining, addressing and understanding its impact on human security" This document was edited by Wafula Okumu and Anneli Botha. Ugandans what you are reading in this part of the report is what Acholi did to fellow Acholi. And the question that must cross  your mind is if this is how brutal an Acholi becomes to a fellow Acholi, how brutal will he be to you as a Mutoro when you arrive at his road block in Kawempe? We are posting from page 79 of the study.

Ugandans, we need to start discussing Acholi violence but candidly.
