{UAH} Is this evil violence by Police and Maids Part of "Uganda's Culture"?

Just asking if all this is not a reflection of many people and what goes on homes in Ug.

Is it not a reflection of how some people were brought up. in schools homes and etc

Time people looked in the mirror.

Ok.  Now what are the solutions?
