{UAH} Municipal Councils Confluences - For Power Generation/ Estate/Transport

To expedite Development in the region  - Uganda 22 municipal councils
have to creat at least four a basic minimum structures in a process termed as confluence Spatial planning / Regional Development strategy spearheaded by the executive and supervised from the same offices in a period of less than 1 1/2 years.

 This will allow people to have access to socioeconomic develop together - very cheap and concentrates resources where they are optimally used most by the largest population in different regions.

   a.  Start municipal power generation facilities to get off national
        grid  for development and security/safety  reasons
   b.  Start real estate for local government workers under the
        Ministry  of  Transport and Works  to allow mobility i regions   
   c.  Kick start massive inte-regional public transport
        infrastructure
   like  inter-regional bus and railway lines to
        reduce cost of doing business and mobility between regions
    d. Set up region commercial regions interconnecting regions i,e
        between Bulemezi, Acoli and Lango confluence in Nakasongola  

even silos and fuel depots could be geometrically placed for optimal service delivery as it is for hospitals and schools/colleges.
