{UAH} Museveni meets youngest fan// Brown Envelop is handy

Here's a story that starts out in the most endearing manner, only to be marred by the Brown Envelop! Nevertheless, the kindergartner managed to steal the president's heart and my admiration.

President Yoweri Museveni has met one of his youngest fans, Boris Akanyijuka, at Kabale Referral Hospital. 

Little Akanyijuka kept singing 'Museveni, Museveni' interrupting the speaking president several times. 

He was invited for a handshake. He made a dash for it but opted to hug the President's leg instead.

The president offered the excited boy a seat but he went for the hot one, before being politely relocated to a guest seat and later seen off with a gift (brown envelope). 

The youngster then went looking for his mum.
