{UAH} Ocen, WBK//ICC prosecutor opens war crimes probes against Palestianians

Folks;

I'll be the first to admit: US and Israel will thwart these investigations before they develop any actionable leads. 

But, and this is especially to anti-ICC elements  within our midst, these investigations are overdue, and must be conducted because, as we all know, Israel has had a field day of massacring Palestinians.
