{UAH} RDC Kabanda: Do you chair security committee in Kampala?

I did not want to put you on the spot over the Muslim murders, but as RDC, I believe you chair the Kampala  security committee,  and if not, you are an important player on matters related to security. I decided to put you in the limelight because as someone from Butambala you have the credentials and the gravitas to do something to end the wrangles/factionalism which contribute to some, although, perhaps not all the murders.
 
So what have you done or doing to try and bring the two side together?  Do not be worry about the public perception if you do your job.
