In your earlier posting about the High Court order that has temporarily halted the implementation of some contentious clauses in the new Constitution, you alluded to comparable laws in US and Canada.

Now, we have a Kenyan student sent to prison for 2 years for the simple offense insulting the president! This law needs to be erased from the books; insulting a president is par for the course. 

It's threatening the life of the president ought to be criminalized.

Want an example? Tune in on Fox News any day of the week, and you will get an earful of some biting insults that Fox commentators hurl at President Obama. Just yesterday, one called Obama " a skinny, cocaine-sniffing socialist."
