{UAH} Bunyoro case proceeding on course as Uganda High Court strikes Simon Musoke Katta Kyabangi off the list of Litigants in Bunyoro case No 595 of 2004is ss

The Uganda High Court, Land Division, sitting in Kampala, February 16, 2015, struck off the list of Litigants in the above case following an application by Bunyoro-Kitara lawyer, Ayena Odongo.

This High Court verdict clears the way for the above case, now in London UK courts of law, to proceeded. It had been held down because of Simon Musoke Katta Kyabangi's letter to the Deputy Chief Justice seeking the removal of Ayena Odongo as the legal representative of Banyoro in the above case.

Simon Musoke had written a letter to the Deputy Chief Justice accusing Ayena Odongo of incompetence and of misusing funds for the above case. He therefore pryed the High court to stop him acting as the legal reprsesentative of Banyoro in this case.

See attached document on how the Uganda Court ordered the striking off of Simon Musoke Kyabangi Katta from the list of litigants in the above civil suite which is now in UK courts of law.
