{UAH} I Have A Dream

I have a dream. Even though Black History month is coming to an end tomorrow. Ours still goes on for I am categorised Black by world labels. We should ALWAYS remember those who paved a way for us with their freedom, lives, joy, happiness, etc. For they were enslaved in shackles, chains, ropes, branded by fire, starved even to death, beaten, raped, humiliated, left in their human waste, their children wrenched from them and sold off, even killed, spat upon, rejected, despised, worked to their bones with no pay, denied of every human right! And by many so called Christians professing to know God! God have mercy!

I am usually saddened when Black immigrant communities and churches don't even acknowledge this month! I am appalled! Shoud we be so ungrateful to our predecessors who prayed, cried, angered justly, hurt, grieved, hoped, persevered, gave so much that we can belong? Should we be so divided as Black people just by the different English accents or the various languages?
What a shame?

Do not be afraid; do not be discouraged, for the LORD your God will be with you wherever you go." (Joshua 1:9)
