{UAH} Kagame 3rd Term Debate Gains Momentum in Rwanda

The debate on whether President Paul Kagame should serve a third term in office after the expiry of the mandatory two terms in 2017 is raging on in Rwanda, with former combatants in the Rwanda Patriotic Front (RPF) saying the head of state should stay around. 

If Joseph Kabila had not misbehaved towards his mentors, he could have been around too.
