Conservative GTA MP Eve Adams, who represents Mississauga Brampton South, has crossed the floor to join Justin Trudeau and the Liberal party, ahead of the federal election this fall. Adams was first elected in 2011. "I cannot support mean-spirited leadership that divides people, instead of bringing them together," Adams said at a news conference alongside Liberal Leader Justin Trudeau this morning. "I want to work with someone who inspires, not with fear-mongers and bullies."
