Singer Desire Luzinda's ex-lover has rubbished claims by the Minister of Ethics in Uganda that he has been arrested before stating that the minister could be high on drugs.
Speaking at the Uganda media centre on Tuesday, the minister for Ethics and integrity, Rev Fr Simon Lokodo said that the Nigerian ex-lover to Desire Luzinda has been arrested by Interpol.
Alas, Franklin Emuobor Ebenhron is as free as a bird in the air. The ex-lover to singer Desire Luzinda and also one of the parties alleged to have leaked the singer's nude pictures has appeared on social media in a video saying that the honorable minister instead could be high on drugs, to be more specific- cheap drugs.
Franklin also lashed at a social media gossip personality Henry Kakensa Ndugga, whom he also accused of suffering from the same "ailment" as Rev Lokodo's.
"I am just trying to clarify the fact that i have never been arrested anywhere and i don't know why Henry and your so called minister of ethics is saying i have been arrested in Dubai or Kuwait or wherever, I think that they are high, really high on cheap drugs, both of them" Franklin said.
To the contrary, a very confident Hon Lokodo while addressing journalist at the Uganda media centre said Franklin has been arrested, adding that: "We are going to subject him to the Ugandan courts of law and charge him since Uganda is where he initially committed the crime.
