{UAH} As The Namibia President Pohamba wins Mo Ibrahim prize, President Museveni is impatiently waiting for the same, come 2019.
Most of our leaders really do not need that money, but as a gesture of democratic governance they accept the award with its conditions.
I am highly suspicious that our own leader President Museveni will get the next award as he is likely to retire. Let us not rule that out.
What do you think?

The outgoing Namibian President Hifikepunye Pohamba has won the world's most valuable individual award, the Mo Ibrahim prize for governance in Africa.
The $5m (£3.2m) award is given each year to an elected leader who governed well, raised living standards and then left office.
