{UAH} FDC LAUNCHES PARTY POLICY

The FDC Policy Agenda for Uganda's Leap Forward, the first of its kind ever since party politics started in Uganda over 50 years ago, has been launched by Party President Maj. Gen. Mugisha Muntu at Kampala Serena Hotel. It is however short of federalism and devolution of powers to regions!
But l was happy with the presence of Dr. Kizza Besigye, ex party leader, and other party leaders including Justine Kasule Lumumba, NRM Secretary General, Beti Olive Kamya, FDC Founder member and now Uganda Federal Alliance President, Asumani Basaalirwa, JEEMA President, and John Ken Lukyamuzi, CP President, among others.
