{UAH} Is DCJ Steven Kavuma to YKM what Bernard Chunga was to Arap Moi?

I was touched to see Dr Kanyeihamba cry in the video. His words that some fight for money, as he  fights for Uganda was quite something to hear.
 
Which brings me to the big question: is Justice Steven Kavuma now the DCJ  to YKM what Bernard Chunga  was to Moi?
 
for those wondering who Chunga was, some background. Chunga was the DPP during the worst times of  Moi's reign especially in the 80s. Whoever the DPP indicted got convicted by the Chief  magistrate in Nairobi or Kibera. Mr. Pojim can tell you more about Chunga, the sadist.
 
Moi was so impressed with Chunga's  performance  that in the end he named his Kenya's chief justice. to be sure Chunga  was certainly a worse CJ than  George Masika was in Uganda.  I will let Mr. George Okello tell you more about Masika.
 
 
Can the folks in the media to a detailed biography of Justice Steven Kavuma. Who is he?  When was he born/ To whom and where? Where did he go to school? When?
