Toronto will no longer be under an extreme cold weather alert as of noon today, the city's medical officer of health says. Cold weather services won't be available today, and the 24-hour drop-in centers will be closed by noon. There is a belief that we are going to warm just a little bit passed the so required temperatures to hold such services.

So again in about 4 hours the cold weather services are going to be closed.
