{UAH} Why victimise Senior Citizens(Pensioners) by not paying them pensions for now two months,February and January.

Dear All

Can somebody there in the Ministry of iinance tells us why their ministry is victimising old men, pensioners, the senior citizens, by not paying them their pension which they use to send their gand children to school and to keep some pea nuts to feed on.

Now we are in March 8, 2015, and no pension for January and Februay has been paid, yet this is the money we use to a pay school fees, and to feed on.
