{UAH} EMULATEMU: The New catch Phrase!

 Ms Karooro, who was the chief guest, said: "We need to Emulate the Mayumba Kumi system of administration where every 10 households make a cluster which gives the chairperson LC1 the duty to identify who has slept in the village. That's how we shall get to know and be aware of the strange people who are likely to cause insecurity."

The youth have been advised to emulate Mr Museveni's devotion during his liberation struggles in the 1970s and 80s where he rejected handouts from the then leaders and opted to fight for democracy in the country.  Kitanga Parish Priest Geatano Batanyenda made the appeal last week while addressing hundreds of youth from Kisoro, Kabale, Kanungu and Rukungiri
