Meet Mehmet Ozyurek, a man from Artvin, Turkey, best known for having the world's biggest nose. This trait gave him the opportunity to appear in Guinness Book of Records in 2011.

Mehmet's nose was an outstanding 3.46 inches (8.8 cm) long, when it was last measured in March of 2010.
