{UAH} How about Jude Sempungu and Moses Wilson?
John,
to answer your question, please refer to my response dated Feb 27, 2015 (below). I did not include Mr Wilson because he is no longer a UNAA leader, at least not directly. In my initial draft, I had included him because he was claiming to be on the Board, way past his three-year term (he served 2 years under Francis Senoga and 1 year under Brain Kwesiga).
But as we were getting ready to file the lawsuit, I heard that he had secretly resigned from the Board (later, I got written proof). That is why I removed him and Rosette Serwanga. Apart from UNAA's website, they do not appear on official state documents of current UNAA leaders. I could have left them on the list of Respondents and let them go to Court to request to be removed...but that would waste my time and money responding to their application.
Other people have asked me why I included Jude Sempungu. The answer is simple: he has not resigned and is still the "nominal" treasurer. His name still appears on the official list of UNAA leaders.
thanks

Mr Lwanga,
When I drafted the documents, I did not include Mr Moses Wilson as a Respondent because he is not a UNAA leader. I know that he leads the "Good Judgment" camp and might be pulling strings in the background since he has a lot of influence in his camp...but our focus was on people that are in office. They are all grown/adult men and women that can choose to follow or reject bad orders from anyone in their camp. If they choose to follow bad orders, then they are personally liable for the consequences of their choices.
thanks

Mw Musoke,
Big up!
However, how come you missed out on Moses Wilson, the master party spoiler?

Below is a petition filed in the Superior Court of Massachusetts. We have just cut pasted it from MS Word...so the formatting is off...I don't have enough time to clean it up...but it gives you an idea of the contents of the petition.
