RCC Ms. Aisha Kabanda - let us give KCCA a chance to transform Kampala from a shanty township to Mecca. It is only then African will stop dying on seas and apatheid South Africa.

Kampala under the Physical Planning Act 2010 is a planning area

The Town and Country Planning Act 2000 give KCCA full mandate to replan

The Public Health Act will no allow a park yard to become a market since it is by law not gazetted as such

The Physical Planning Board had never change changed land use of Nakivubo war memorial stadium

Building laws can't allow a park yard to become a market unless the Land Use Board change use

Under the the Road and Fire Acts - Park Yard is not fit for a market

Security wise the Park yard is a danger to Kampala City
