{UAH} Ugandan dream to create a global cartoon character

Creating Africa's Mickey Mouse, that is the goal of a group of young Ugandans.

They are confident that their wacky old man, Katoto, could challenge some of Disney's biggest cartoons.

But can their character - who speaks a local Ugandan language - translate to a global audience?
