{UAH} Update on Service

UNAA leaders appointed a lawyer to represent all the Respondents and he has filed an answer (we will share it with the members after we have reviewed it).   He has accepted to be served on behalf of the Respondents that we have not yet served (Brian Kwesiga, Monday Atigo and UNAA itself).  He is in Louisiana but he is also admitted in Massachusetts (http://www.vhclaw.com/About/Galen-M-Hair.shtml).
