{UAH} Home Addresses?

Mr. Gaburingyi's email is misleading:

1. everyone on this forum is aware that I have ALWAYS taken care not to show the home addresses of UNAA leaders. I removed them from both the State documents that UNAA leaders have filed over the years as well as from the draft court documents I posted. i.e I not only removed the addresses of the current leaders, but I also removed past leaders' addresses when I posted old documents.

2. There are three UNAA leaders who are women.  I have NOT shown ANY lady's address.

3. the only addresses that I revealed were fictitious (Brian's, Monday Atigo and Jude Sempungu). The police gave me Mr Kwesiga's current address in Maryland but I cut it off from the image that I posted. The police gave me YOUR apartment number but I have NOT posted anywhere.  I did NOT post Monday Atigo's home address.

4. I have NEVER received any responsive documents from our leaders. Someone close to them said that it might be because I was asking in a way that UNAA leaders did not like.  So I asked that person to talk to the leaders and get the info if he could but he didn't get any results either. I met Ms Ogwang in San Diego and she told me that I was not rude in any way.

5. before I filed the lawsuit, I kept telling our leaders that I would go to court if they ignored our petition but they refused to call a Special Meeting.  Any one of them had the powers to call the meeting but they chose to ignore me.

6. the last time I got an email from UNAA leaders was on Nov 4, 2014 when Ms Ogwang told me that there were 500 UNAA members such that I needed 143 members to petition...I asked her for proof of those numbers but she ignored me.  She knew that that was NOT correct but that was the last I heard from them. Recently, they released financial figures that shows that UNAA had 117 members last year!  61 were renewing and 56 were new.  Any fair person that has seen the list of those members will tell you that the majority of the new members live in Uganda! 

7. 3 weeks before I filed the suit, Mr Gaburungyi called me and told me they'd ignore my lawsuit and he kept insulting me until I hang up on him.

8. we have spent the past year asking for action but they have ignored us.

I am been involved in UNAA affairs for most of its existence and I have never experienced such a sense of intransigence, uncompromising entitlement as this current team as consistently demonstrated. I am sure many of you have read news stories where able bodied men stood by while a woman was stripped naked, raped or even stoned to death. The crime, attacking the woman, is shocking in itself but some of us struggle to understand how people in the vicinity failed to help.

 

But we need not look too far today. Right here on these forums we see a Mr. Joseph Musoke victimize our fellow Ugandans with real life consequences as we read on and discuss. We see Mr. Musoke level extremely serious allegations online and going so far as to drag our fellow Ugandans to Court, just because they are officials of the Ugandan North American Association. We see a Mr. Joseph Musoke proudly plastering private address information of our fellow Ugandan on these forums in exactly the same way ISIS did with the addresses of soldiers in the US Military. We see Mr. Musoke celebrating the fact that he instructed court Martials to serve fellow Ugandans with court papers
