You should ask parliament to pass laws criminalizing "revenge porn".

Revenge porn, also known as "non-consensual porn" is criminalized in many states.  Uganda too should enact a law criminalizing sharing sexualized images without consent. Those found distributing sexualized images without their subject's consent should face a harsh prison sentence of not less than 5 years or a substantial financial penalty.  

Many of the victims in Uganda may have had their pictures taken consensually by their lover. That is fine. However, when that lover distributes those pictures in some fashion without the subject's consent that should be "revenge porn," and should be criminalized as third degree invasion of privacy.

 

The law would make it illegal to distribute or disseminate in any form or medium images of a sexual nature to another person without that person's consent.  To put it simply when adults consent to sex that consent does not extend beyond the sexual act to include distribution of images of their private parts or practices.

 

Time to act.
