{UAH} MR. President. Maybe becoz the CAA managers are educated Villagers.

The Airpoort is in a sorry state becoz maybe just maybe the management are all villagers who grew up in bushy environments but passed exams to go to Makerere.

They got the jobs obviously but you see Mr. President there is a saying

You can remove the monkey from the bush but you cannot remove the bush from the monkey's mind.

So we may have a situation where managemnt of the Airport see nothing wrong with grass on the roof  or on the runway. Some body here said when she arrived the airport almost switched to Tadooba when the lights went out.

The Airport is so unwelcoming. It looks dull. it need some interior and external makeover.

Management also is waiting for some consultant tp tell them and the minsirty of toursim that first impressions matter.
