SV: {UAH} What is that Museveni is drinking?

Mw. MUJABI and Fellow Ugandans but, teachers in particular,
Let us agree to disagree that not the whole of us can be teachers, but everyone of can be a pupil. Teaching has its own creeds and the best doctrinal chemistry to impart information in form of knowledge and ideas to other human beings is itself a difficult work.
Teaching, I think is a technics but not politics. This means, Ugandans need more qualified teachers, because everything or trades start with teachers, even engineers, medicine doctors, politicians and theology or preachers, there must be a teacher to impart knowledge right from preparatory or day cares! I think well paid teachers mean progress and improvement civil and moral orders in our beloved country Uganda!
