I do not know who you were in Obote II government, but one can  conclude beyond reasonable doubt that you belonged to one of those internal security organs that terrorized Kampala and surrounding areas every night. And most likely you were a double agent because you were not sure which side would be in charge of post Amin Uganda seeing our chaotic UNLA/UNLF was. After the collapse of the Obote II there was not much for you and you chose to leave the country.

For your information I never left Uganda till the mid 2000's and I walk in and out of Uganda as I wish. I am not in exile unlike you. I have no pending arrest warrant for any crimes  unlike you  who is suspected  or committed during Amins regime as an SRB member!

Try something else. I told you bring it on if you have anything one me! Stop throwing shit hoping any can stick.
