{UAH} MOSES OCEN FINALLY SUCCUMBS!!

My federalist comrades and friends, we should part our back for work well done. We have finally cracked Ocen Moses, and from his own writing in blue much as he is green, and for which he wants to be on record, he wrote that;

 3) For the record I am for some devolution ‎and the Kenyan model is something to be explored‎;

which go to show that we have finally penetrated the grey matter in his head. But the hypocrisy still persist for he is routing for the Kenyan version of devolution; despite the fact that it was only established less than five years ago and from a man who lives in a federal system that has been established for over a century ago. 

The thing is, Moses Ocen's informative years has been with the neighbours and he does not look at his home as good enough. It was Mulindwa the "Malicious", who brought this to my attention that Ocen and Pojim dwell on Kenyan politics as if UAH was for Kenyans at heart. But the reason for that, is his life's journey through the course of the years to date. That aside and with the statement above, Ocen has finally realised that people need some form of authority and power, to do their own thing. He is yet to reach a point where he will appreciate that beyond devolution, there is a better system called federalism. I did explain to him that with devolution, the powers can be recalled back but with federalism, that power cannot be recalled unless the federal system was not tight enough to allow the second coming of Idi Amin to spoil it all. Yes! it would only take a military coup to reverse it.  I' am still hopeful that he will one day come to appreciate that what he enjoys in his new adopted land is also good for his people in Lango and Uganda. And it's none other than federalism.  With that, then and only then will we conclude that he has finally shed off the hypocrisy that has held him back.

Comrades, let us not be complacent. We still have the commander of the red army, the Marxist, Socialist, and the Maoist George Okello, a man so fixated by a strong oppressive government led from the center and dictates to hoipoloi; that he swears by it. He is the last standing relic from the past. He is not one whose belief can be shifted easily, but i suggest that he is one we should least waste our time on but the Frank Mujabis and John Kwitondas of this world, who have deliberately misrepresented the federal agenda; the desire of the Baganda people to be free to decide for themselves and for the northerners, the easterners, and the westerners to do the same.  The Orbit that Frank and Kwintoda inhabits need ejecting from the Milky way, for they are causing more harm to the federal agenda and the doubting Thomases. They are the kigingi stopping the federal juggernaut inching forward. They must be condemned and disassociated from the noble course. They have caused Ocen and others unfounded fear for the future. This is unacceptable!
