{UAH} PRIVATIZATION BE REPLACED WITH LIBERAlization

The President has talked my mind on mistaking liberalization with privatization and regretting for selling ever people;s bank. How cold we sell UCB and we license KCB! It is not too late to correct the mistakes.
But people of Kyaddondo South/ Makindye Ssaabagabo Municipality have not heard Busaabala, among the roads to be upgraded!
