Registering from Uganda for the 27th Annual UNAA Convention and Trade Expo - New Orleans

Dear UNAA Members,
 
Our delegates from Uganda have always been able to register online using their debit/credit cards or by visiting the office of the UNAA Special Envoy to Uganda.       
 
We are proud to announce a unique partnership with our sponsors post Bank Uganda Limited, where delegates can deposit the money at our bank Account with Post Bank. This has several advantages:
 
a)       It avoids cash transactions which has been the norm
b)      Delegates will no longer be paying transfer fees to MoneyGram/Western Union
c)       It increases transparency as we continue moving UNAA's financial management systems into the 21st century.

  1. Send an email to Registration@unaa.org containing a picture/copy of the deposit slip and any necessary details of your deposit, including personal identification information like name of the registrant, mailing address, phone number, email; what you are paying for (Convention, Trade and Investment Forum, Dinner Cruise, etc.)
  1. When we receive your money we will complete your registration process in the back end and have a receipt sent to you by email.

Cancellation, Substitution and Refund Policy.
Convention registration fees are not refundable; they can however be exchanged for another service (i.e.  a vendor table), or transferred to another person(s) during the same convention year. Registration fees cannot be exchanged or transferred to the following year's convention. A registration fee that is not exchanged or transferred during the convention year is forfeited. All requests for exchanges/transfers must be received in writing. Email requests to registration@unaa.org or mail requests to 1337 Massachusetts Avenue, #213, Arlington, MA, 02476 - Attention: UNAA Registrar. Each registered convention delegate who wishes to exchange or transfer their registration is responsible for finding the interested party to buy that registration. Only those requests with both complete transferor and transferee information received 30 days before the start of the convention will be processed.  Name changes received 15 days or less before the start of the convention will be subject to a $50 processing fee. Returned checks will be subject to a $50 Fee. No personal checks will be accepted less than 30 days before the start of the convention. Membership fees, Trade & Investment Forum fees, Vendor Table fees and Dinner Cruise fees are NOT exchangeable, transferable, or refundable. 
About UNAA New Orleans 2015
The 27th Annual UNAA Convention and Trade Expo will take place over three days; September 4 - 6 2015 at the Hyatt Regency New Orleans showcasing program and forums including Trade & Investment, Technology, Health, Education, Political as well as a forum on Intergenerational relationships between immigrants and their children born in the Diaspora.
 
The Saturday Dinner Cruise is a popular culinary event complete with a dance to both live performances by popular artists and DJ music - aboard a magnificent marine vessel sailing into the spectacular Mississippi River sunset. Proceeds from the Fashion Show Auction during the Sunday Gala Dinner will go towards the Emerging Leaders Scholarship Program.

Over 50 exhibiting companies and vendors featuring the latest world class Ugandan culture, produce, music, books, literature, arts crafts, Jewelry, clothing, foods, etc. will gather under the theme "Better Together: Investing in our future through education".

The premier gathering of the Ugandan diaspora brings more than 3000 Ugandans and friends attracting leading voices in business, government, academia, technology, health among others from Uganda and the Ugandan diaspora.
