SV: {UAH} Mbabazi -- Museveni Not Against The Assassination Threats Against Me
Okello,
I am only a visitor in Gulu. But, by my innate political awareness and social ablity
, I can confidenently tell you that appart from the NRM, the other parties are sloping
a very thin rope here.
Some how, I wish there were some competaion here but, there just aint none!
"WE FORM THE CULTURE THAT FORMS US"….noc'la gaumoy.

Comrade Laduma,
In the last elections, Mr Tumusimme Mutebile of the Bank of Uganda
gave Kayibanda $750 million for the elections. He was sober, lucid and
in control of all his sensory faculties when he did this, and not
drunk or under the influence of whisky as he permanently always is.
He is likely to give Kayibanda more this time around, probably $1
billion. Thats why you should do your utmost to get your fair share.
Some naive individuals like Sekaja and Rhitta Wasswa may complain that
this is corruption, but if you invest your share in Gulu or Kitgum,
the locals may benefit through trickle down effect. This surely is
better than nothing.
